Dog attack near Thousand Hills Park hospitalizes man, kills pet

KIRKSVILLE - A man was injured and a dog he was walking was killed when they were attacked by pit bulls after they wandered onto private property near Thousand Hills State Park, but it appears neither party will face charges.
